1. The bearing

(1) weighing platform

The weighing platform is generally made of metal material, with a section, two sections, three sections and four sections. It has high strength and hardness, and has enough usable area.

(2) Weighing bridge and connecting parts

The balance bridge as the skeleton of the table has an irreplaceable role, its good or bad will affect the quality of the electronic truck scale.

(3) Limit device

The horizontal limit device of the electronic truck scale is a stable and reliable component to eliminate other interference and ensure the weighing result. And the electronic truck scale anti-overload limit device, is to protect the electronic truck scale device, and then protect and extend its service life, to prevent serious overload of the electronic truck scale injury.

2. Weighing sensor

At present, electronic truck scale adopts weighing sensor, especially resistance strain type weighing sensor. It is a widely used sensor with high accuracy, good stability, mature technology and simple manufacture.

Electronic truck scale weighing sensors, according to the size of the scale and the length of the table with a certain number of cantilever beam or double cantilever bridge weighing sensors.

In order to overcome the difference of output impedance and sensitivity of multiple weighing sensors, weighing sensors are connected in full parallel mode, and the output end of each weighing sensor is installed in parallel with adjustable precision resistors accordingly, so as to ensure the accuracy and reliability of weighing results.

3. Measurement and display system

The measurement and display system of the electronic truck scale is to amplify the output signal of the weight sensor in front, and then display the mass value of the objects on the electronic truck scale in the form of Numbers after A/D converter, microprocessor and display.

How to use electronic truck scale correctly

1. The weighing room of the electronic truck scale should be equipped with full-time staff to operate and hold the qualification certificate.

2. Weighing personnel should be familiar with the relevant knowledge of electronic truck scales and operate electronic truck scales correctly.

3. The electronic truck scale should be used within the verification period.

4. Before using the electronic truck scale, it should start up and preheat for about 30min.

5. Carefully check whether the electronic truck scale instruments and parts are in good condition, especially check whether there is debris card on the scale surface and other parts.

6. The car should drive straight on the electronic truck scale at a speed less than 5km/h and brake gently; Cars should be parked as far as possible in the center of the electronic truck scale scale.

7. After the vehicle has stabilized, start reading the monitor and recording or printing.

8. Overload weighing is strictly prohibited in the electronic truck scale.

9. When not in use after weighing, turn off the electronic truck scale and cut off the power supply.

10. Regularly clean the electronic truck scale, especially the items scattered on the scales should be cleaned in time.

11. If there is a fault with the electronic truck scale, please stop using it immediately and report to a professional for repair. Only after passing the test can you continue to use it.
