Maintenance of the electronic truck scale is very important, let's look at the three main components that need to be maintained.

1. Daily maintenance of electronic truck scale

(1) Do not jam stones, coal and other foreign objects in the gap around the electronic truck scale.

(2) Often check whether the limit gap is reasonable, limit bolts should not collide with the weight of the electronic truck scale.

(3) It is forbidden to do arc welding on the electronic truck scale. If it is necessary to do arc welding on the electronic truck scale, please pay attention to the following points: disconnect the signal cable from the weighing display controller; The ground wire of arc welding must be located near the welded part and firmly touch the scale body; Sensors may not be used as part of an arc welding circuit.

2. Maintenance of electronic truck scale display controller

(1) Be sure to check whether the wiring is loose or broken.

(2) When the electronic truck scale display controller has not been used for a long time (for example, more than one month), it shall be electrified according to the environmental conditions to avoid the influence of moisture or other adverse gas corrosion on it.

(3) Electronic truck scale display controller should avoid close to heat source and vibration source.

(4) There shall be no flammable and explosive gas or dust in the use environment.

(5) Do not connect the inductive load, such as doorbell, on the same phase line of the weighing display controller.

(6) When the electronic truck scale display controller is not used for a long time, the power must be cut off when the fuse is replaced, the position is moved or the dust is cleared.

(7) If the electronic truck scale display controller fails, the power should be cut off immediately, and then notify professional departments and personnel for inspection and classification.

(8) Personnel of electronic truck scales and instrument maintenance personnel must undergo special training before they can operate and maintain.

3. Replace the electronic truck scale sensor

(1) Open the cover above the sensor, lift the electronic truck scale, and remove the sensor ground wire.

(2) Open the junction box, disconnect the damaged sensor cable from the junction box, and pull out the cable at the sensor end. Note: When drawing the wire, connect the wire to pass through the main body of the electronic truck scale so that when the new sensor is replaced, the cable will pass through the main body of the electronic truck scale and into the junction box.

(3) Fix each core cable to the corresponding terminal of the junction box according to the wiring diagram.

(4) Loosen the jack, level the electronic truck scale, and close the lid.

(5) After the sensor is replaced, the electronic truck scale must be reset and calibrated.

(6) After the installation of sensors, the redundant cables should be bundled and placed, rather than placed directly on the basic ground.

(7) During installation and removal, the sensor shall not be scratched or bumped, and the cable shall be protected.
