Installation process of mine electronic belt scale

Mine electronic belt scale can run normally in the coal mine environment, transport the coal mine material and waste, improve the coal mine transport capacity, can be said to be the transport equipment in the coal mine work. Mine electronic belt scale is composed of electronic belt scale digital display extension, weighing sensor and on-off sensor, which can effectively control the electronic belt scale.

Working principle of mine electronic belt scale:

The weighing sensor will transmit the measured material flow signal to the digital display extension of the mine electronic belt scale, which will be processed by the digital display extension for measurement display, and will display the signal, flow, load, shift output and accumulative amount of the belt on site.

Installation process of mine electronic belt scale:

1. Installation of digital display extension and on-off sensor:

Hang the digital display extension on the wall near the belt scale body, and keep the distance between the extension and the weighing sensor within 5 meters.

Make correct wiring according to the random attached wiring diagram.

Connect the power cord of the extension to the on-spot power supply terminal.

Connect the signal line of the weighing sensor of the scale body to the terminal row of the junction box according to the drawing.

Clamp the start-stop sensor on either phase line of the belt motor power line, and connect the signal line to the terminal row of this junction box.

2. Installation of weighing sensor

Lift the big belt, put the weighing frame of the belt scale into the fixing frame of the big belt, and fix the front weighing bar and the rear fixed bearing seat with a series of screws.

The upper and lower U-shaped pendators and universal joints of the weighing sensor are fixed to the weighing frame and weighing bar respectively, and the left and right balance shall be adjusted.

The signal line of the weighing sensor is connected to the terminal row in the junction box of the digital display extension.

3. Check the power supply

After the installation is completed, check the wiring again against the electrical wiring diagram.

After making sure that all parts are installed and wired correctly, the power can be switched on (industrial control main machine to AC220V, digital display extension to send).

After power on, conduct various operations on the IPC, check whether communication, parameter display, statement storage and so on are normal, otherwise compare check.
